Christmas party

What an awesome time I had at the Christmas party on Friday! All my friends were there, heaps of awesome music to dance to, and we were even surprised with a circus show! The food was delicious. What a awesome way to end the year.

Coffee at zest

this afternoon I went with a couple of friends to zest for a coffee, I was surprised to see my niece grace there. I wasn’t expecting her to be working today. She made a really nice cappuccino with a few marshmallows too. Afterwards we went and had a look at a couple of op shops. What a lovely afternoon 😁

Knitting

high tea

hi  here I am with 5 others of my friends and 2 staff
it was quite cool being invited 2 a high tea party until lunch  it was amazing
what we ate and the coconut late coffee was quite nice 

Playing pool

I went to the Citizens club to play pool with my friends. I am a wee bit of a pool shark. It was heaps of fun!

Happy halloween

this afternoon we had a Halloween disco! I enjoyed listening to the scarey halloween music and watching all my friends dancing. What a cool day! 🎃

Waiting for the chicks to hatch

Today for nature studies we watched some videos on how to look after chicks when they hatch! Here I am waiting patiently for our ones to hatch! Hopefully only 2 more days. 

Snakes and ladders

this afternoon we had a game of giant snakes and ladders because it was cold outside! It was a fun way to end our day!

Food Bank

Today at food bank, I had a good time packaging pasta and sugar. I was allowed to take home some ripe avocados. I really enjoy my work there every two weeks.

Op shop

I am really enjoying working at the Charity Store in Tuesday afternoons. I work really hard tidying and sorting books out in the store. I look forward to working here every week.

train ride at waihi

she and her family decided to  move closer to her work in

The lakes pond

we had a lovely walk at the lakes duck pond, out of no where it decided to pour with rain which we were caught in.

Rainbow Springs

I had a great day out at Rainbow Springs where we got to see baby Kiwis that only just hatched out of their shells!!! Feed the Fish and seen all the beautiful birds!!!

Guide dogs

Today we had a visit from the guide dog foundation, they brought in 5 dogs and one was just a cute little puppy, it was nice to be able to pat them and feed them.

Farm trip

Went to our friends farm in matamata for the day it was really


 cool amazing we saw chickens cafes cow shed where

 They milked the the cows we saw farm dogs and a confused  rooster
That crowed in the  after noon then we went across the road to see the pigs then

the funny-thing was we got stuck in the mud michelles face was looking
price less it wasn't scary it was quite funny.

Writing more creatively

 Ive been writing for a while learning from my friend, I can honestly say Im getting more better and creative in my writing, I hope to produce a book with all my works one day!!

Music

I am learning to play the keyboard and know how to play Mary had a little lamb and happy birthday by reading the music.

Girls group

I enjoyed girls group today I had a nice caramel latte and had my hair set in rollers.

It's my birthday tomorrow can't wait

Can't wait to hang out with my friends at the lodge
What  ever they do for me is a bonus
And I just got a new phone just getting to know it just got it last weekend.

High Tea at Quantum Vis

Yesterday I had the best afternoon with my friends from Arohanui. We went to Quantum Vis for a High tea. I loved all of the different treats, but especially the quiche and the BROWNIE, washed down with a delicious coffee.

I am grateful to Nick for going out of his way to teach me how to write literature, I look forward to writing my own book one day, and ill be able to dedicate it to Nick and Thank him for putting up with my sometimes lazy attitude and for always encouraging and pushing me to continue writing..

I Want to Dream Big

Thanks to Staff I get to think Big in what I want to accomplish, I have so much goals even though at times I can be really lazy, luckily I have staff to push me and motivate me..

After Lunch I walked to an op shop , had a browse around after we went to SPCA OP shop where we meet the new boss lady

Kmart outing

on Monday I went to Kmart browsing around the shop. I liked smelling candles and looking in the home decor section

Yesterday I finished my seagull screwing hooks on the back of it. I’m super happy with my work
I decided to give it to someone as a gift

SPCA kitten

on Monday I went to SPCA to see the kittens. I loved brushing, holding and playing with them. I would love to go back there again very soon

Once a week my friend Nick comes in and helps me write stories and poems it is so much fun.

New watercolour project

Today in Art and Craft I started a new project. First I paint on white paper with different colours , let it try and later cut it out in different shapes and clue it on a white canvas. 

Memorial park outing

Last week I went to memorial park for a little walk and watching the kids play on the playground

3d trick art gallery

Yesterday we went to Rotorua for a day of photo opportunities. It was AWESOME! we even got to feed some gorgeous deer outside the gallery!

Dee's baby shower!

Today was a day of dirty diaper throwing, pin the bottle on the baby, putting nappies on a baby and baby obstacle course! We had a blast! We also had to guess who's who from staff baby photos AND guess the amount of sweets in the baby bottle.

Today I was busy sewing the legs onto my dolls torso by hand. I am making a rag doll to give to my niece.

I had a fancy face after a makeover in girls group. I had my make up done to highlight my cheekbones and had my hair put into braids at the top. pretty huh?
